1st Application – Spring (Late March/April)
Consists of a complete well-balanced fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control.
2nd Application – Late Spring (May/June)
Consists of a complete seasonal fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.
3rd Application – Summer (July/August)
Consists of an application of slow-release fertilizer and a spot application of broadleaf weed control if weeds are present at the time of application.
4th Application – Late Summer (August/September)
Consists of a complete seasonal fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.
5th Application – Fall (October)
Consists of a complete seasonal fertilizer that is designed to help develop your root system for the winter and give your lawn a faster green-up in the spring.

Our lawn aeration service improves the depth and extent of turfgrass rooting, allowing better water uptake and enhanced fertilizer use. Aeration also greatly speeds up thatch breakdown by incorporating soil into the thatch. This aeration also minimizes the damage that heavy thatch causes by allowing water, fertilizer, and pesticide to reach the soil more. (Recommended in Fall.)

Grubs are the white C-shaped larvae of various beetles, including Japanese Beetles, Asiatic Beetles and June Beetles that feed on grass roots, causing large patches of turf to wilt or die.
5th Application – Early Summer (June/July)
Perennial pest control and insecticide combined together. Consists of a seasonal spray on exterior doors and windows, sidewalks, driveways, and patios. An insecticide application will be applied on all grass areas so homeowners can enjoy an insect-free summer.
6th Application – Summer (July/August)
Consists of a complete seasonal fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.
7th Application – Late Summer (September/October)
Consists of a complete seasonal fertilizer that is designed to help develop your root system for the winter and give your lawn a faster green-up in the spring.
